Terms & Conditions

•	The Cake Shop or the Hotel is not responsible if during the delivery of the cake or pastry , the item is damaged. The Delivery is at the risk of the purchaser.
•	The Cakes will be delivered subject to availability.
•	Any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible.
•	The Cakes are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only.
•	The delivery is free within a radius of 2 kms . However the purchase must be of atleast Rs.300/-.
•	Beyond 2 kms a delivery charge will be levied of Rs.100/- upto Andheri west in the North and Mahim Church in the South.
•	Anywhere else in Mumbai the delivery charge is Rs.300/-.However orders above Rs.2000 are delivered free anywhere within limit of Mumbai.
•	In case of Special orders please give atleast two to three hours time to prepare the Order.
•	Sponge, flavoured and chocolate cakes are made to be consumed on the same day .
•	We require a deposit on placement of order for all cakes. Deposits are non refundable.
•	Cancellation policy: - Deposits are non-refundable. - Full payment if cancellation is within 3 days of the date of delivery - 50% if cancellation is more then 3 days of the date.
